Pin4 and Payments as a Lifeline (PaaLPay.org) have partnered to achieve the shared goal of delivering disaster and aid funds to individuals in need – fast, secure with dignity.

Pin4 is a global technology company enabling national and local government entities, charities, non-profits and other relief organisations to deliver cash securely and instantly to those in need via their mobile phones. There is no faster or more convenient way to deliver aid to individuals in need, with approximately 30% of recipients having their cash in hand within 1 hour and 70% having their cash in hand within 24 hours after Pin4 receives the order request. Providing aid recipients with cash also maximizes the recipients’ dignity and allows the recipients to conveniently and efficiently pay for their most pressing needs, whether these are food, clothing, electricity, shelter, transportation to a safe place or another need. The relief recipients can withdraw their cash in real-time at any participating ATM using just their mobile phones without the need to have or use any bank account or plastic card. The government or relief organization maintains real-time visibility and control regarding the status of all withdrawals.
